Shipping policy

Standard items will be posted 2nd class within 0-3 working days unless otherwise specified. (We aim to be as quick as possible but during busy times it may take longer). 

Delivery is expected to take 2-3 working days from when the package is dispatched (this may be longer at weekends, bank holidays etc). You will not be eligible for a refund due for any unforeseen delays.

The size, shape and packaging may vary depending on contents.   

Pre-order delivery details vary and can be found on each individual listing. Additional items ordered with a pre-order will be posted out together (unless otherwise stated).  

Christmas and New Year closure: There will be no post on the 24-28th December or the 1st January. 

If an item is returned to sender, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, Sewjo Box will not be liable for a reshipment.

All products purchased from Sewjo Box are delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Sewjo Box. The risk of loss for such products passes to you when Sewjo Box hands these items over to the postal service. 

In a case of damaged or missing products, you must contact Sewjo Box within 14 days from the date of receiving your goods. Any complaints received after the timeline given will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

In the case of a lost package or item showing as delivered, but not received, you must contact Sewjo Box within 14 days from the shipping date. Any complaints received after the timeline given will not be eligible for a postal investigation.

All of the information that you provide must be up to date, complete and accurate. You agree to pay all charges incurred by purchasing items or services from Sewjo Box including any applicable taxes and any other monetary transaction fees.
